Ranging from $60 – $120 per person, our all-inclusive pricing can vary based on factors like the boat type, cruise duration, guest count, and any extra services you choose. We’ll customise a quote to match your uni event’s specific needs and preferences.

Typically, the uni boat packages include a hire time of 3-4 hours. 

Uni boats are available for hire during the afternoon or evening. Afternoon hires typically start at either 12pm or 1pm, while evening hires usually begin at 6pm or 7pm. Let us know your preferred time, and we will provide you with information on the available options.

It’s a good idea to book ahead of time so you can get the boat, date, and time you want, especially if it’s a popular one. We suggest booking at least three months in advance to be safe.

But we understand that sometimes you might need to book at the last minute, and we have lots of experience assisting with that. If you need to plan a university social party on short notice, we’ll try our best to find you a great available option!

Especially in high season, boats get booked up fast, so if you wait too long, you might miss out on your favourite vessel.

No worries if you’re not sure about the exact number of guests yet. We’ll always let you know the minimum number of people needed to run your cruise.

If you’ve got your heart set on a boat but aren’t 100% sure how many people will be joining, we can lock it in with the minimum number you expect. You’ll have the flexibility to tweak the final guest count up to 14 days before your cruise.

When it comes to booking, we need a $2,000 non-refundable deposit to lock in your cruise.

After that, we’ll work out a payment plan with you, so you can pay off the rest in instalments as you collect money from ticket sales.

For your uni party cruise, you can typically expect the following inclusions:

• The Boat: A top-notch vessel for you and your group.
• Skipper & Crew: A professional team to handle navigation and manage the boat.
• Unlimited Drinks: A drinks package that includes wine and beer for guests over 18.
• Food: A buffet or pizza to keep everyone fuelled up.
• Security: To ensure everything runs smoothly.
• DJ & Dance Floor: A DJ to keep the beats going and a dance floor to show off your moves.
• Photobooth: Some of our boats come with a photobooth included, or we can provide you with a quote to add one to your package.

We’ll give you a full rundown of everything included in your event package and let you know if there are any extra costs you need to be aware of.

A DJ and dance floor are included in your package to kick off the party! You can let us know your preferred music style, so the DJ plays exactly what you want, or leave it to the pro to read the crowd and keep the vibes going! 🙂

If you’d rather bring your own DJ, that’s totally possible too. Just keep in mind that since Uni Social packages are already heavily discounted, there won’t be any additional discounts for providing your own DJ.

Free Flowing Drinks
For guests 18+, we offer unlimited beer, wine, and soft drinks. Plus, some boats offer upgrades if you want to include spirits.

Guests under 18 can’t access alcoholic beverages. However, some boats use a wristband system, allowing mixed-age groups to enjoy the event together.

We also have options with a cash bar. We’ll confirm all your choices when you enquire.

Food Options
To meet RSA guidelines, we need to make sure there’s enough food available during your cruise. The food options vary depending on the vessel and might include a buffet, pizza, or other choices.

We can cater for vegetarians and will detail other dietary requirements we can accommodate upon request.

We’ll give you a quote with all the drinks & food options available for your specific boat so you know exactly what’s on offer.

Boats will set sail in all weather conditions deemed safe by the captain. However, in the event that the captain deems the weather unsafe and cancels the charter, you will be issued a voucher that’s valid for 12 months. This voucher will be equivalent to the value of your original booking, allowing you to reschedule your charter for another time.

Don’t worry if there’s a little rain, though! We’ve had plenty of groups cruise with us in less-than-ideal weather conditions, and they’ve all had a blast. All boats have plenty of covered areas to keep you dry, and sometimes, a bit of rain can even add to the fun!
